One typical mistake in the founding phase is forgetting about mailbox. In the course of founding the company so many issues and questions go through your mind that you might forget about the simple things. One mistake is not to put the name of the company on the mailbox. If for example the invoice of the Commercial Register is send to the company and the mailman will not deliver the letter because the company`s name is not on the mailbox you would not pay the invoice. Without the payment the Commercial Register will not register your company. Without the registration you won´t receive your local tax number and without the tax number you cannot start business.
