Try to avoid incorrect invoices. As soon as your company has been founded you will purchase office equipment (furniture, computers, phones etc.). If the invoices increase the amount of EUR 250 your company´s name and address needs to be listed on it by the supplier or provider. Otherwise, you have not the right to claim the incoming tax.
Dining invoices need to have the following information listed by you:
- Detailed business reason (avoid general terms like “meeting”, “cooperation”, “networking” and similar)
- Participants (including your name)
- Date, place and your signature
